Proxy in a temporary use project in San Francisco’s Hayes Valley. While waiting for a stalled development to break ground (approx 4 years from now) the site has become home to temporary pop-up retail, cafes, bars and an urban garden. Proxy has encouraged businesses to cycle in and out of the site which has reinvigorated the area by continually drawing new traffic and interest to the location. proxysf.net
