Prior to their demolition to make room for a larger housing development these three homes became the site of a temporary gallery of site-specific installations by several Seattle artists. The project was a joint effort of the developer Point 32 and MadArt who recruited 11 artists to create new, publicly accessible works on-site. The image features SuttonBeresCuller’s “Ties That Bind”.
